Cancellations and Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
- If any of the information submitted by you is not verifiable.
- Failure in order confirmation process, if any.
- If your activity is declared unlawful by any authority.
All refunds are subject to the following conditions:
If order is cancelled before the site has been made or cancelled due to any of the above mentioned reasons by us, we will initiate refund.
A refund request must be raised within an hour of order placement via email to mail@greenmor.in from your submitted email id only.
Any charges for refund will be incurred by you.
Refund process for returned items:
Refund will be initiated within 2 days of cancellation of order or the receipt of returned product in satisfactory condition. It may take 4-7 days to reflect in your account.
